Our Hotel was in 1925 . The original achitectural plans can be found in the city archives.

The owner was a car repairer of Thionville , who asked for the right to open a new hotel in the building.

In 1929, a gas station was build on the sidewalk and the actual garage was the place where cars where cleaned.

Because of the different construction steps and the mess let on the sidewalk ,  The neighbours wrote a letter to the mayor of the city asking for the owner to stop the construction.

During the second world war ,  the Pasteur street was renamed   « Franz Hollinger Straße » . The hotel  became a place for soldiers.  The next owner transformed this place in an " hôtel restaurant " where the lunch room became our actual breakfast room. After many transformation and cleaning, the hotel became the one you know today.
